The box must be electrically isolated, grounded to protect the electronics contained inside.

The specifications led to the box being made of fiberglass, naturally insulating, but integrating metal inserts and grounding paths. In addition, the shape of the box, originally intended to be milled in metal, is particularly complex and required considerable design effort to make the tooling.
In this project, we were responsible for the design, tooling and industrialization of production.
